So instead of presenting generic courses, we have created the competency framework below, from which we design contextualized learning interventions. Our programs - based on the 70/20/10- usually start with a pre-assessment to prepare the participants for the learning experience, a workshop or a series of workshops, individual coaching sessions, learning applications and a maximiser session to ensure that the learning intervention was applied. We deliver our programs either face to face, online or in a hybrid mode. In some of our leadership programs we partner with professors of Ivy League universities to deliver technical content and the demtus team will execute the contextualized case study and case plays.
